Lets de-stress!

In conjunction with the de-stressing campaign launched by Miss Ayu, I've completed her wedding tag. Yay! Finally I have a reason to discuss about this topic. Haha. Kidding. Wedding can be a nightmare for some, but for me, it is the day when everything matters, and when I can prove to the world that true love exists. Yep, call me corny. But that is the truth. I don't think I can handle marrying someone whom I have no feelings to. :P Here is it then..

1.How old are you?
Twenty-one.

2. Are you single?
Taken, and lovin' every single moment of it.

3. In what age do you think you’ll get married?
Around 25 or 26, considering my income is not more than 200 per month, and the boyfriend is far and all. But who knows right, probably I'll ring the bell earlier and God forbid, later.

4. Do you think you’ll be marrying the person you are with now?
Since Johnny Depp already tied his knot and Lance Bass has turned gay, I think I just will stick to this one, Dengan izin Allah. :))

5. If not, who do you want to marry?
Nobody.

6. Do you want a garden/beach wedding, or the traditional wedding?
I always dream of a white garden wedding, with the pelamin decorated with fresh flowers and rose petals everywhere.

7. Your ideal motif?
Off white theme, decorated with pastel colored flowers.

8. Where do you plan to go on a honeymoon?
Anywhere with white sandy beaches, crystal clear water and breath-taking scenery, as well as beautiful sunset. At this moment, I'm thinking of an island in Greece. I fell in love with it after watching Mamma Mia!. Stunning!

9. How many guests do you think you’ll invite?
A small, family and friends only wedding would be nice. But it is impossible to do so, since I have a very big family, friends, as well as family friends.

10. Do you want an extravagant wedding or a simple wedding?
A wedding up to my standard. Not too simple, not too sophisticated.

11. Do you want the traditional vows or something you’d make up on your own??
No vows what-so-ever in Malay weddings. Only akad nikah, which is fixed.

12. How many layers of cake do you want to have?
Three layers. Covered with white fondant, decorated with edible pastel colored flowers.

13. Do you prefer having your reception at a hotel or at a simple place?
Hotels means protocols, RSVPs and pissed off customers. I don't think I can handle that.

14. When do you want to get married, evening or morning?
A night wedding is much more nicer compared with the evening and morning, since the possibility of raining is low and there's not sunlight to bring up the heat, but it is totally unconventional and tiresome. So, I'd rather stick with the afternoon up to evening wedding.

15. You’d rather have your reception outdoors or indoors?
Outdoors. Indoors will be too stuffy and crowded.

16. Do you like a grand entrance for your groom/bride?
Currently, I'm trying to think of a new kind of entrance, since the old kompang and the bride covering her face with kipas lipat is soo lame and typical.

17. Name the song/tune you’d like played at your wedding?
Over the weekends, I went to a friend to a friend's wedding and they have a 'caklempong 'group playing songs over the corner. I was fascinated on how songs played in wedding can effect the mood of the reception. So, I think I will get one and ditch the typical-noisy-weddings-with-karaoke. For song selection, I will go for Dealova by Once.

18. Are you a morning person or a night person?
Definitely a night person.

19. Do you want a solemn ceremony or a light one?

Light one. Solemn ceremony is too boring.

20. What age do you want to get married?
Refer to question number 3.

21. Describe your ideal husband/wife.

A man who comes home everyday with a smile in his face even after a hectic day, and treat me like his best buddy, talks to me like the world is ours, understands my feeling and try to comfort me when I'm down, can cheer me up and makes me laugh, loyal, forgiving, sensitive and can lead me to the right path.

22. Do you prefer fine dining or just the normal spoon & fork/knife?
Fine dining is too aristocrat-y. Pakai tangan sudaahhh.

23. Champagne or red wine?
Sirap lah. Murah, lagi halal.

24. Honeymoon right after the wedding or days after the wedding?
Erm. Right after would be nice. :P

25. Money or household item?
Money.

26. Who will pay for the bills?
Sharing is caring :)

27. Are you ready for married life?
Not for now. I'm still young. huu~

28. Do you think you will still be a virgin until u get married?
Yes. No doubt about that.

29. Will you always be true to your wife/husband?
I've been true to my boyfriend for 5 years and still counting. I have no reason not to do the same after marriage.

30. How many kids do you like?
A football team of kids. Haha. I love kids. If only I can have a lot of them with the burden of my work.

31. A new house for a newly wed or an old one?
Anything will do so that we can still save up our money for our beautiful bungalow in the future.

32. Will you celebrate silver wedding, gold wedding, or diamond wedding?
Diamond wedding would be nice. Diamond is a girl best friend right.:P If not, I'll go with white gold.

33. What kind of cuisine would you like for your wedding?
Nasi putih with traditional lauk-pauk with ulam and all. Nasi minyak is too unhealthy. Huuhu

34. Will you record your honeymoon in a cd or dvd?
I have to spare this question, I've answered 33 already!

p/s: Ayu, first tag tu tak buat. If not bocorlah segala rahsia.:P

Footnote: Just went to a friend engagement this afternoon. Congratulations Intan! Hope you 'll tie the knot soon ;) *Badi tunang tolonglah higgaplah kat badan sayaaa..Hahahaha..:P*
